Truth, communication and honesty are the cornerstones of customer service and good business practices. This guy possesses NONE of these qualities. I wouldn’t recommend Scottie’s for anything. Even worse the guy dropped off my mower and it works worse now than it did before I gave it to him! Now I’m out $120 and have to bring it to a competent repair shop! Lesson learned! DO NOT USE THIS REPAIR SHOP!
