Scotties Cooling and Heating is "Top Notch". I found out about this company from my neighbor and have been using for over a year now. I am extremely pleased with the service, knowledge, reliability, quick responses and price of this company. I wished I had known about their business years ago; they would have saved me more money and aggravation of using a different company. The technician "John" is so knowledgeable. It is always a pleasure to see him pull up to our house when needed.
Amazing family owned and faith based company. Our air conditioning unit began leaking and broke in the middle of a dead hot Summer. Within 24 hours a technician was at our house and fixed the unit within an hour. We are very appreciative and would refer Scotties to anyone in Manatee Cty. We got coordinated texts and calls letting us know exactly when the technician would be at the house and he was there waiting before his scheduled time. Thanks guys for your expert service!
Had Scotty’s come out to check my AC and my to see why I wasn’t blowing cool air come to find out they replaced my Honeywell digital and 100 focus pro heat pump thermostat and I was charged quite a bit of money when you can buy it on Amazon for $60 and they charged me 315. Do you think that’s a little price gouging Plus let’s not forget labor cost was 160 yeah Scotty it’s getting out of control
Scottie’s has been my go-to HVAC company for years now. My air conditioning typically breaks down on Fridays after 6 PM, but they arrive quickly to assess and fix the problem. They’re incredibly honest, friendly, hardworking, and competent.
After having a new roof installed my AC was no longer working. A neighbor recommended Scotties and I called on Monday, they offer to come out that day, I was working and asked if they could maybe set something up for Tuesday. Sure enough they did and sent me a text saying they could be there between 8-9am and if that worked, just text them and confirm. I was thrilled and sure enough 8am the tec was at my door!
