Alan Scott is a wonderful person who knows his craft, and has a rolodex that spans over 2 decades of professional experience. Specializing in older homes and renovations, I do not think it is possible for a job to spook him. He recently oversaw the lifting of my house that's been frankensteined together since 1912, the replacement of the concrete footings, adding waterproofing, and personally making sure the framing that connected the house to the new footings was up to snuff.
