Owner is very kind and claims to really know window blinds & shades. However he was not able to get a part to repair my Vignette blind. He couldn’t locate the roller mechanism and said it was not manufactured. However I found several places online that did, in fact, sell the needed part. Or they claimed to have it. I am now having to purchase new window shades. This business states on the website they have a showroom. However, on the day I was at the location it seems to be a business operated from their home which is fine. ... read more
