Excellent team, from the administrators, the nurse and Dr. Yagel. Everyone made me feel at ease although I was nervous. I definitely recommend this provider and staff. Thank you, everyone keep up the great work.
My husband has been going here for years, this past summer he ended up in the hospital because he could not get anybody to call him back even though the voicemail box says they’ll return your call in 24-48 hours. It has been 6 months and we have called them on multiple occasions with no phone call back to schedule and he is now BACK in the hospital with a gastritis flare up. Absolutely unacceptable.
Getting an appointment was a hassle - Left phone messages with no return calls. Scheduler failed to send prescription to pharmacy and pre-procedure paperwork to patient until phone call 1 week before appointment reminded her. Procedure went great - all staff was outstanding.
