The chimney needed some maintenance and repair, and I’m glad I had it addressed. The technician carefully examined the problem and explained what was required before starting. The work was completed neatly with very little disruption.

I was concerned that the chimney repair would become a complicated project, but the process was straightforward and well organized. The technician explained the work clearly and completed everything as promised. A very positive experience overall.
