Dr Scott Baldwin is an excellent professional ..he cares for his patients as if they were his family .. we are in debt to him… my husband George Ramos has had several successful surgeries performed by dr Baldwin he is our Angel !!!!
Definitely I don’t recommend this place ( Kaiser Permanent) this doctor and his team . They don’t really care about patients. If you want to survive due to cancer , go with any other doctor outside of Kaiser far from them .
