condescending and rude, this agent only cares about how much commission he can earn, no concern what so ever for his clients. If I had counted on him to assist with my renewal I would have been totally screwed. He actually sent me an email telling me that he only got an approximately $200 commission for a health insurance renewal, and basically told me that he didnt have time to waste on so little money.
