I cannot say enough about Dr. Scott Mandel. From the moment he walked into the room, I felt seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Mandel saved my husband's life. He is knowledgeable, kind, courteous and an excellent physician.
Dr. Mandel is one of the best medical professionals at Optum/ Pro Health. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and cares for his patients.
My doctor's visit with Dr. Mandel was amazing. I left the office with a heart monitor so that the Dr can observe my heart over a 2 week period. I mailed the monitor in after the 2 weeks. I never heard from the doctors office again. Finally I decided to call to find out what's the results and the receptionist Savannah was very rude, nasty and dismissive of my concerns. I'm in the process of filing a complaint about this inappropriate behavior. Due to her actions, I will never return to this doctor.
