I visited Dr. Waters because my family care physician was booked up and I had a non-life threatening but urgent medical need. He 1) got me in, 2) was knowledgeable, courteous and engaging, 3) gave no appearance of being rushed or pressured to move on. 10 out of 10 in my book.
