Dr. Wachhorst explains complex anatomical details thoroughly and clearly -- with great patience. I happened to have had MRIs in the past, and he was able to use those past images to understand and explain to me the course of development of my problems and then use that information to recommend the plan for surgery. Dr. Wachworst was an excellent, and attentive surgeon. I got great care and he took great time with me both before and after surgery. I would gladly recommend him to anyone. His team are also top of the line and gve me everything I needed with friendliness and efficiency.
Dr. Wachhorst is very precise and detail oriented. I just went through the surgery in removing meningioma. In the beginning, I have few concerned, he explained to me how the process will go through. The whole process went through smoothly. And the last issue I had concern is the scar may be too big. But Dr. Wachhorst did a great job, even there were 77 staple on my head after surgery, now the scar is almost unrecognized the scar after 1 month surgery.
Dr Wachhhorst is a fantastic neurosurgeon. I would highly recommend him. He is very knowledgeable, engaging, empathetic and human. And his Physician Assistant in his team mirrors this approach as well. Thank you PAMF and most of all Dr Wachhorst and his amazing team.
