Professional all around. Excellent office staff, hygienist, and Dr. Taylor is exceptional.
I couldn’t be happier with my experience at this dental office. After calling several other practices with no luck due to the shortage of providers in the area, I was so grateful to find this team. Carla at the front desk was wonderful—so kind and thoughtful. She made sure both my husband and I could reserve spots at the practice and even managed to get us both in during the same week thanks to cancellations. Her care and effort truly meant a lot. I went to Scott's office for a cleaning. My Hygenist was Kristi. She was so happy and bubbly it made the experience exciting. During the cleaning, I really appreciated how attentive Kristi was, making sure I was comfortable, She was also very gentle with her cleanings. I've had Hygenists where it felt like they were cleaning with an axepick so this was refreshing. Afterward, she gave me tips on what I could do to improve.
