I belonged to this clinic for several years and I used to recommend it to everyone. In my experience, they were great for the general wellness checks. However, I have also dealt with them regarding surgeries and those were extremely negative experiences. I had one of my cats spayed, and she came back different- she came back in a daze. She would stare off into space and we had no idea how much aware she was of her surroundings. When we told Scott's vet about that, we were told it wad "a reaction to the anesthesia". Absolutely amazing and friendly staff, they took a look at our very hyper lab and shy cat. Extremely professional and personable 🐾
Highly recommend not taking your animals to Scott. When my dog had her eye scratched, he called her a hitch and didn’t wanna deal with her and stuff in her eye that made her hurt ten times worse and told us to take her elsewhere. Not how you handle customer service or your customers. If you want business start being nice and take your customers on any plea. If you currently have animals here I’d highly suggest removing their files and take them elsewhere. This veg does not deserve the business.
