Scott Venteicher was instrumental in getting our home ready to put it on the market, helpful in setting the selling price and in getting the house sold. We had been in our hose for 50 years and while we maintained it and made upgrades along the way, he identified a few things we could do to make it more marketable. Scott's work ethic to get our home sold was unbelievable. He was specific about staging it and even came several times to help us remove or move items that needed to go. He hand-delivered fliers in our neighborhood in addition to actively advertising our home using a variety of media. He returned our calls quickly and graciously..
