Ok. Im updating my Review and Removing a Star. The Office in Punxsutawney has been difficult to contact lately, and they have messed up some very basic requests. I hope it improves. Service before the july 4th holiday was unavailabe from Thursday on. Its Monday at 9:15 am. The holiday was Saturday. Still no answer.
Shae has been amazing! She helped to get my the lowest rate and got my I.D. cards over to me very quickly.
My wife an I stopped in to get a quote for insurance, we had the most pleasurable experience with insurance agent Shae at the Van leer office. Shae welcomed us and helped find us the best quote, she presented the information with the utmost professionalism an far exceed our expectations.
