Had a 2:00 appointment and by 2:05 I already had blood draw and was in the room waiting for the doctor. He was extremely knowledgeable. Good choice.

I recently went to this doctor for a cystoscopy due to a urinary tract infection. He and his assistant were very professional and calming. He explained the process and set my mind at ease. It only lasted a couple of minutes and the process was alright. No pain, no discomfort. He then contacted me a couple of days later to report the urinalysis during the procedure. I was so anxious but I could see myself having another one if needed. No more fear! Thanks!

We agree with his other patients' reviews. He was the worst doctor we've ever met. He has no sympathy for his patients. He didn't review my husband's records before he came to the room. He assumed what my husband was struggling with and his assumption was incorrect. My husband asked him for help, but he told us there was nothing he could do. We felt rushed the whole time. It was obvious that he wanted to end our conversation to move to another patient. The total appointment time with him was approx. 15 minutes. We should hav... read more

I was introduced to Dr VanAppledorn because my other urologist of 10 years landed me in the hospital with sepsis, a catheter, and no help from him. I was literally deserted. After contacting Dr VanAppledorn from an Everett Hospital he agreed to see me. He is all business and after several diagnostic procedures provided a course of action, remove my prostate. I consider myself the luckiest patient on earth. He communicated with me 100% which instilled confidence . I was successfully operated on and am now better than ever. Di... read more

My poor husband had the misfortune of seeing this doctor. He appeared not to have read his records. Zero communication. Zero compassion. Zero interest in patient. Walked out of procedure room while my husband was mopping urine and blood off himself. No caring in his care. Please choose a different doctor.
