I give 5 stars to the employees as they are always super nice/polite and go out of their way to answer my questions. However, I give one star to the capability/technology of the bank. You can't make payments online for your mortgage and they misapply my mortgage payment any time I pay extra toward my principal. I'm hoping they get things up and functioning like a normal bank where things can be done online versus having to physically go to the bank or call them every time my extra payments are misapplied.
