They are the best! unlike others i dont live in an alternate universe & think my car/truck is fixed in an hour, i call, make an appointment, they get me in & i almost always get it back the same day i dropped off (unless its a big job)!! big jobs or small, always been great! my wife & i will always use them!
What a terrible loss to the community! As others have stated, the local business that still bears the name "Scott Tyler Automotive" is now under entirely new husband/wife ownership. Unfortunately, when the community lost its longtime respected auto mechanic we got an inferior replacement. Firing Lisa (and lying about it) was the new owners' first colossal mistake. This act alone insulted the intelligence of longtime customers who knew Lisa, and it underestimated the respect Lisa had garnered over many years for her knowledge... read more
0 stars if I could… just like another review, I went in thinking I was going to see my usual people for an oil change. I asked if Lisa was there with a smile and I was greeted by the coldest rudest girl running the front desk. Yikes. I wanted to back away and creep out of the front door as fast as I walked in. I went in for a simple oil change - she said they do drop offs only and that it would be a month until I could get in. What???
