I never post reviews but this one I had to Scott was the only one that saved me I was driving alone from FL to NC with my boys when our tire blew right at time all tire shops were about to close my insurance was able to tow me to him and they had it done super fast at a great price I was a little nervous because I was in middle of nowhere and saw a picture of a house for the address and was on guard but they were very kind and quick to help. Terrible experience. I was quoted one price over the phone, but after the job was done they demanded a higher amount. On top of that, the work was poorly done. Very dishonest and unprofessional—would not recommend.
Yeah, I thought these people were cool and then they called me and asked if my company pay them. I said yeah, so they finally get to doing my job, and I thought they did a pretty decent job, and until I realized they stole one of my rims and gave me a rusty rim but at the time, I was just so busy trying to Get back on the road that I didn't bother.I get down the road about 50 miles and then notice the tire with the rusty rim is already flat. I definitely wouldn’t recommend to anybody they came in a trailer with missing tools and missing tires at the end they broke one of my lug nuts then I ask for a slight discount one of them started cursing me out and scaring me stating that I don’t know where he is from then drove off almost flattening my toes this company needs to be shut down immediatelyyyy!!!
WARNING ‼️ Avoid This Mechanic! Yesterday had a terrible experience with SCOTT TRUCK TIRES LLC who came to fix my tire/bearing issue. Not only did he fail to install it correctly, but he also assured me it was safe to drive with my kids in the car despite the tire being visibly crooked. A second opinion from a more knowledgeable mechanic revealed that it was installed totally incorrectly and continuing to drive in this condition would have been extremely dangerous.
