We needed the Scott Twp EMS to help get an 89 yr old man down from the 7 th floor of Virginia Mansions because the elevators were not working! TJ, the main EMS worker, with the help of the Fire Company, managed this task without a complaint! They were polite, and reassuring to the elderly gentleman who was being helped down all those stairs! Bravo to each and everyone who helped with his situation.
