The customer service from the employees here was terrible. Multiple errors, not one employee offered an apology and the manager was downright rude when we tried to complain. Told us “we’ve been in business 37 years so our process is fine”.
First visit here to look at fireplace stone. LB was very helpful! We'll be working with our stone mason soon.
