Joan Fehlberg, Scott Stigall's office manager, welcomed us to our first meeting with Scott. We had just relocated from Syracuse NY to Toledo OH in August of 2013. Every business would be wise to have a "Joannie" in this position. She is always smiling. She is knowledgeable, personable, compassionate, patient and calm.
