I moved Into my home in 2021. The roof had been put on in the fall of 2020. After about one year, I started noticing condensation and moisture issues in the attic space. After another year, I started noticing that this was translating into mold and the plywood peeling apart due to the moisture. Scott and his son put a new roof on our old farm house. It was a very involved job. They did an amazing job. Scott and his son were very professional, skilled and careful with the plants around our house. They coordinated the roof work and the metal work flawlessly.
