Alex did an amazing job setting my new diamond in my 15 yr old engagement ring. It is so beautiful! The ring came back looking like a brand new ring. It is gorgeous! I would definitely recommend Scott and Sons, the workmanship is top notch!

He sincerely apologized, took our concerns seriously, and is implementing additional customer service training for his team. In a world where it often feels like great customer service is becoming a thing of the past, I’m happy to say it is very much alive at Scott and Sons Fine Jewelry. When shopping for special occasion jewelry for my wife or daughter, i always come away from Scott and Sons with a great feeling knowing i purchased a future family hand me down but also at a fair price for a unique, high quality piece. The staff is always friendly, helpful and make you feel like family. They are really good at what they do and after stopping off at several other local fine jewelry shops, we found what we wanted and knew where we wanted to buy from.. I highly recommend Scott and Sons.
