Scheduled an appointment for my son two weeks out, even received a confirmation email. When he arrived they said they are not accepting new patients and there is nothing they can do. Sent him on his way. Absolutely abysmal customer service and extremely rude.
Scheduled a new patient visit 2 weeks out and didn’t tell me they aren’t accepting new patients until I arrived day of the appointment.
Waited two weeks for an appointment with Dr. Smith just to find out a day before my scheduled appointment that he is not accepting any new patients and they were canceling my appointment. Extremely frustrating!!!
I had the pleasure of working for Dr Smith many years ago. He is a kind and compassionate doctor who gives excellent care to his patients. I recommend him highly.
