When my Medicare Advantage plan let me know they were discontinuing it, I thought "what now?" Choosing a new plan and how to get it started created a lot of anxiety, it seemed so complicated. I turned to Scott Sims, easily getting an appointment. I was warmly welcomed and Scott asked me about my health care providers and my health care needs and came up with a new plan. And he proceeded to take care of the tasks needed to make the change. All done!! Anxiety replaced with big smiles!
Easy guy to chat with....he takes time to listen and explain details that were of importance to my situation....
If there was a place to post 100 stars I would… Scott Sims is exceptional on every level. Brilliantly informed / ahead of the curve/ professional/ and a great personality and full of integrity. When stepping into the medicare stage or navigating it - you think it is simple. It is not and Scott explained all the options/ outcome's while helping us to make the right choices so that we can feel confident and secure. I highly recommend giving Scott a call ASAP !!!
