We spent a real ton of money on a kitchen table and chairs from Dinek, a Canadian based manufacturer. The surface of the table and several places on the chairs is very prematurely wearing and blemishing under very light use. Our attempts to get help from Scott Shuptrine were met with offers to sell us repairs. We contacted Dinek and they sent us a “vial” of liquid, as thin as water, without any directions or instructions. The liquid does nothing when applied. I did not make a purchase. My neighbor had a table delivered and I was blocked in for more than a half hour. There were 3 delivery guys and no one stayed near the truck. It took another neighbor to start making noise to get their attention. This delay caused me to be late for my appointment. I am sure you're very conscientious of your customers, you should also be aware of your future customers.
