Scott assured me from our first conversation that he was going to do everything he could to get us the loan approval and he did just that. He got the loan approval and the down payment assistance we needed to be able to move into our dream home. We couldn’t be more thankful for Scott and highly recommend him and Guild Mortgage!
We worked with Scott and he was fantastic. We moved quickly (closed in ~3 weeks) and he kept up with us the whole time, provided regular updates, and really just made the whole process so easy. We also really enjoyed getting to talk with him and everyone else at closing which made that day significantly less stressful! I could not recommend Guild, and specifically, Scott, more.
