The insurance company is very professional, timely, and friendly. Russell did an exceptional job in communicating everything. He is truly an agent to be trusted. State Farm has very competitive rates, and I’m glad I switched my auto and renters policies to them.
Russell was truly the best. With how busy I am - he kept accommodating my schedule and made it easy for me to send the information he needed, as well as truly listened to me and was not pushy. He was the reason I switched over. Greatly appreciated and was able to save money!
