This update to my review is about State Farm, but unfortunately, also about this agent's office. I was only able to get a full "unearned premiums" refund after filing a complaint with the state of Texas. Surprisingly, SF's stated policy is to refund a max of 30-days -- even though the state requires all "unearned premiums" for a car no longer owned to be refunded... until the TDI confronts them with a customer complaint -- then full refund is processed in a matter of days (my experience).
