The office called me the day before to confirm my appointment and let me know that they had an earlier opening. I chose the earlier appointment at 10am. They then called at 9am, the day of the appointment, to confirm my 9:30 appointment, which I corrected and said it was at 10, but it didn't matter because they overbooked and had to cancel my appointment regardless. Using Dr Glickman for many years. True professional. New office staff understanding and competent. He’s an excellent diagnostic doctor, referring patients to specialists if he feels it’s warranted. I would not change.
I am a new patient of his and so far i think hes great. Bedside manner great. Gave me options to help certain things without just prescribing meds which a big plus for me!
This doctor's office is very poorly run. I've had my appointment reschedule three times. No options given. I assure you the feedback that you see here on Google is very accurate. If you have a choice, don't choose this one
Doctor Glickman was completely unprofessional and yelled at me for walking into my appointment 5 minutes late. It was the first time I was ever late to an appointment after being seen for years, this was due because of limited parking in the lot for larger vehicles.
