My dearest friends have had terrible problems with their home renovations. Four years of problems and delays with this renovation. This has caused lots of stress and is still not finished. On behalf of my friends! I am sharing . They won’t recommend This company.
I recently made an offer on a Scott Salisbury group built home that was built in 2024. It has not been occupied since it was built and a contract already had fallen over. There have been a lot of ads on tv recently from this company which is why I looked at this home. However the fact it hasn’t been lived in worried me so I organised an inspection which found but not limited to: Defective garage floor with a hole found in the concrete, Weep holes rendered over, Rainbow defects in windows, Squeaky moving floorboards, faulty f... read more
Sadly I can not recommend this builder. We signed a fixed price contract, with all associated approvals only to be told of a further $30K price increase, 2 months before the build was to commence. The added cost was for 'revised engineering' which was unexpected and poorly communicated. Job number 4046.
