Sadly I can not recommend this builder. We signed a fixed price contract, with all associated approvals only to be told of a further $30K price increase, 2 months before the build was to commence. The added cost was for 'revised engineering' which was unexpected and poorly communicated. Job number 4046.

A new townhouse was purchased off the plan in 2020. I sold my place to move into property the same year. 2024 hundreds of thousands of dollars later due to rent and accommodation costs, the townhouse is still not completed. Scott Salisbury and his company continue to extend the promised completion date and I continue to fork out thousands on rent whilst waiting g to move into the property- totally untrustworthy and unreliable
