Logan Bryan might be the worst assistant manager I've ever come across in my life. Virginia Law requires running water for an apartment to be habitable. This apartment went without running water for over 6 days, and they are not offering any rent deduction when we were not able to stay in our apartment. I've given you a chance to address this with a reasonable deduction request and you were rude and unapologetic. Lived here 4.5 years. The community is great!
There’s been some issues with the building, but the maintenance team is awesome. Very responsive, super nice and knowledgeable as well.
Great location and good people but unfortunately the actual building is a challenge. I’ve been trapped in the elevator before and now it’s been an entire month without one of the elevators getting fixed. We also have had no gym or amenities for a month, with no rent relief. Sometimes you have no water for days. But the people are great!
I was apartment searching and came across Scott’s View. Logan helped me every step of the way. She was SO helpful, and made this process very easy. LOVE her!
