Good location, lots of fun stuff nearby! The building itself is definitely not “luxurious” though, the rental company that owns the building is terrible, and rent is pretty expensive.
Scott’s view is amazing to work with! We love living here, everyone is so welcoming and happy! It’s extremely clean and everything is efficient and taken care of in a timely professional manner! Our little family especially loves Logan and jordan for treating us like family and shining such a bright light every day in the building. I would give them 10 stars out of five if I could 🫶
My son just moved in to his first apartment here last month. The process was handled so beautifully by Jordan in the leasing office. She could not have been more helpful and thorough and on top of things. She is a rock star. It’s a wonderful place to live.
Jordan was a phenomenal leasing agent and throughout the entire process made me feel incredibly cared for. I had a sense of urgency when coming to Richmond from California and she sensed that and was incredibly helpful and responsive. I genuinely could not have asked for a better leasing agent for the moving process so if you’re moving to Richmond in a hurry reach out to her she is the best!!!
Scott’s View is a great place to live. My girlfriend and I lived here for almost two years and would recommend to anybody. Marnie, Logan, and Jordan on the leasing staff are friendly, readily available, and host fun monthly events. Will and Sid on the maintenance team are always friendly and quick to fix anything broken.
