I was traveling today through Wellsboro, when my alternator went and I ended up with a broken car in 12 degree weather. I used Geico roadside assistance and was connected with Shawn from Scott’s Repair LLC. He called to make sure I wasn’t stuck out in the cold. He towed us back to Scott’s and the mechanics there determined it was the alternator.. only problem was that they wouldn’t be able to get one till Monday. These guys are awesome. The night before thanksgiving we Blew a tire on the highway and Shawn was there in 15 minutes to check the donut I put on and hooked us up w a replacement tire that night. They stayed open late and were actually able to repair the existing tire. Thanks again.
We ended up with a flat tire on our way home from Virginia. We live in New York. All the tire repair shops were gonna be closed by time we could get there. Naturally this caused a problem because we would have had to wait till the next morning and would have had to find a place that would allow us to bring our dogs in.
