Scott took time out of his evening night to help me with an emergency problem with my plumbing issue to help me resolve. Though he couldn’t come out help me at the time he made sure to find every possible way to help me with my problem. Any plumbing related issue I have I will be sure to call Scott. All- please use Scott's Plumbing for your plumbing and installation needs. Besides their knowledge and professionalism being an important factor, this company is established on Ethical business principles. I experienced this last week with Scott. Nevertheless, Jarrett was commendable as he was the technician on-site answering my questions and providing me with updates. They are gem to the Cottonwood community forsure! Thank you to those that gave me the recommendation on Facebook. You won't be disappointed!

I had the pleasure of meeting Jarret (please forgive me if the spelling is wrong) today. He was very kind and provided me the opportunity to explain the situation so he could get a better understanding and find a quick, efficient solution which helped a lot in this situation given he worked me in between appointments he had scheduled today. Scott came out and looked at my water heater and gave me a quick diagnosis. He is very knowledgeable and prompt and I would recommend him over the rest!
