Very Friendly, Honest, and Reasonably Priced.
When I tried to start my car last Saturday, it ran really rough. Monday morning a good friend followed me as I hobbled to Chris' shop. Even though there were many cars waiting for repair, he diagnosed what was wrong. My friend and I went to lunch and when we returned , Chris already had it repaired. I would recommend him to anyone having a problem with their car!
Honest is what come to my mind first. He sends videos and or pictures of what is wrong. He never got mad when I asked questions, even though I'm not a mechanic but I wanted to know what exactly was wrong. He keeps me updated on the process. His prices are reasonable and honest. I've never met Chris but he allowed our SUV to be towed to him and with no hesitation he jumped in to help fix it. So far I am really happy with the service I received today
Really happy with everything. I gave Scott a list of problems and told him "replace the part if it's necessary". But in many cases, he was able to diagnose it and skip an unnecessary repair (or do something less in-depth). His prices are great- not so cheap that I'm concerned about the work quality, but still a good deal. Scott's technician sent me photos along the way to show what was broken- very accountable. Just a great small-town repair shop. They don't do major engine or exhaust work.
