I was tracking down the company that installed the geothermal system in 2008 to the house I moved into two years ago. Scott's Heating and Cooling was written on the owner's manual. So I googled Scott's Heating and Cooling and called the listed number. Scott informed me he didn't do the install. But rather than leaving me hanging, he asked me to send a picture of the unit to him, which I did. Great experience. Called him yesterday morning after our AC stopped working on one of the hottest days so far this year. He was running behind in schedule because of having several service calls before us but he kept us updated and informed on when he would make it to our house. He showed up at about 10pm and had our unit fixed in about 15-20 mins. He said he'd been out all day on calls and still had another house to go to before he was done for the night.
