Very smooth process from beginning to end
Great experience, from a friendly and knowledgeable team. Great pricing, no surprise added fees, and good communication thru the whole process. My shipment arrived just outside the original window, do to some light logistical changes. The driver advised me, and was perfectly on the updated time. Will definitely use them again.
Everyone involved was great and exceeded my expectations. Melissa handled all of my questions; quotes; and arranging the pickup. She was awesome! A couple of folks contacted me the day-before and day-of pickup, which was really reassuring. The carrier was on time; professional; and got my 2 vehicles safely transported from NC to AL within about 24 hours. Great communication and worth the money.
