I bought a 2007 Lincoln Mkz recently from Scott. Had a new used engine replacement and drove like a dream. Super fair and low price so I bought it. Unbeknownst to him and me it started leaking power steering fluid 3 days later. I messaged him about it and he answered me back, stating bring it in and they will make it right(a lot of places and people would have never answered that phone). These guys are the best! Both my catalytic converters quit on me right before I had to travel to New York (using my only vehicle) and these guys got the job done in time for me to still go!!! The car sounds better than it has in years, and I only have them to thank! 10/10 would recommend!!
I highly recommend Scott and his technicians. I was quoted a great price over the phone to replace my brake pads and rotors. He even gave me a discount for having them replaced on all four wheels in one visit. I was able to get it in day of without an appointment and was able to get my car back the same day. Scott has amazing customer service and kept me updated throughout the day on any new parts needed or price changes. It was a great overall experience and will be returning to Scott's for any future maintenance on my car.
