I have a new home that used Scott Ryland plumbing. 2 young guys installed a toilet in my Master Bath that was leaking when I moved in. After about a week, they came back with a replacement toilet which they installed. That stopped the leak, but then a couple months later that same toilet was rocking when anyone sat on it. I called a different plumber to come and assess the problem. Scott Rylan came to the rescue this Mother's Day weekend. We had a water heater leak suddenly appear and was flooding our floor. He answered the phone on a Saturday while eating dinner out of town. When he got back into town he came over to our house surprisingly quick. He was able to install some valves so we'd have water for the evening and early this morning he installed a new upgraded water heater and was very upfront about costs and recommended avenues of repairs.
