I would highly recommend not using this person for anything, let alone surgery. He has harassed my business because we did not have his date available to cater his event. He became completely unhinged because he thinks someone he never met has to work with him based on an email. Character is the most important thing when choosing a doctor and Scott Russi would be a red flag in the smallest of transactions for me.
This is a good doctor. Great bedside manner good communication, good communication with my family tells it just like it needs to be told. Performed a four hour surgery on me because of him. I am still alive. I would suggest this surgeon.
Desperately needs to work on bedside manner, communication with patients, communication with family members of patients, and when working with LGBTQ+ patients.
