Not a good neighbor and not there when u need them. My parents had all their insurance with Scott Roth for twenty years. My dad has dementia so we did not remew his license. So state farm cancelled both my mom and dadd insurance. They never called my mom to let them know. Kust sent one letter. Mom didnt open it and got on accident and did not lnow she lost coverage. They slso never returned her calls or were their for her

Scott is very cordial and willing to help. He has always surrounded himself with excellent staff. Jane has been with him a long time and she is so efficient and thorough. Additionally, she is empathetic and kindly. Top notch office!
