Sandy at State Farm Agency in Ellensburg was so helpful when I was shopping around for insurance prior to my move. Not only were the rates excellent, the personal customer service was excellent!
Dishonest and unhelpful, I went in to add a vehicle and was quoted $79 a month only to get my first bill at $112 and then told that my new payment would be $94 a month.
Not sure how excited I can get about insurance.... but I've been with this mob for years and all seems OK.
Good agent for sure....ALWAYS HELPFUL...no matter what the issue is...
