Great customer service! I was searching for an ergonomic office chair. I walked in looking like a bum (vacation mode), yet Kevin listened to my list of needs in an office chair and offered excellent suggestions. Kevin was very knowledgeable. The place was immaculately clean. They're more accustomed to taking orders and delivering. Regardlessly, I happily walked out with a chair that day.
