The wait times are long. The doctor is cordial. The nurse staff are very polite and kind.
Dr. Scott and their medical staff are amazing!
First let me start off by saying the lady who answers the phones and the lady who takes messages for the doctor and nurses are the rudest people I have ever talked to! Just awful, nasty and rude for no reason! Clearly hates her job and should in my opinion be terminated! I don’t understand why they allow her/them to act this way! Just terrible! Rice is a nasty and not helpful person I went in my appointment in pain blood pressure 93/103 he came in and didn’t even look at my arm that was in pain all he said is what do you want me to do smh at this point I’m crying in pain telling him the ER said I might need a MRI done I been out of work for 5 days still can’t move my arm do you think he offered to give me a work excuse do you think he examined me just set in that chair looking stupid and I was already on 4 different medication this man offered to give me Tylenol 3 ... read more
