The wait times are long. The doctor is cordial. I do wish he would insert his opinion as a doctor instead of leaving that up to the patient who doesn't really know and relies on the doctor's experience. The nurse staff are very polite and kind.
Dr. Rice has the worst bedside manners I have ever experienced. He is dismissive and show no empathy. He prescribes without knowing or asking about the patients true needs. I would never recommend him to anyone. He should not be allowed to practice.
