Excellent Attorney -- Would Highly Recommend – 5 Stars Our land borders a lake contained by a dam recently labeled as a "High Hazard" structure. Under recent changes implemented by the DCR, the dam was put into a category where repair to the secondary spillway was required. The owner of the dam felt that the homeowners bordering the dam should assist in paying for the repair.
