The nurses took good care of my family member and were very caring and courteous. From the ER to the inpatient admission everything went well. The nurses practitioners were so sweet and nurse Joe . Can’t say enough good things about this hospital and its staff. A+ care! Thank yall so much. Yall was so helpful and respectful and sweet and kind to us. Thank yall A+ Hospital 100% Thanks to everyone up there all the nurse and women at the front desk and everyone was so sweet and kind. I would recommend a lot to yall.
Doctor was very rude!!!! Came in asking me “it must wasn’t any doctors where you live” instead of asking what was wrong with me then when he did ask and I told him my symptoms he then said “That isn’t an emergency” VERY UNPROFESSIONAL no matter if you thought it was an emergency or not that remark was uncalled for! It’s not your job to determine whether anything is an emergency or not! It’s your job to see to patients! If you don’t like your profession you should’ve majored in something else!
My grandmother, Carlene Cook, was sent home with a rash that is 2 layers deep and pneumonia!!!! I totally go against this hospital because knowingly they discharged her in these conditions. I would not give this hospital 1 star if I didn't have to!!!!!! This hospital is a complete joke!!!!! Neglectful nurses, doctors, and staff!!!! She is back in a different hospital now and the rash is all in her genitals. She was only home not even 24 hours before being admitted to icu by ambulance at the best hospital in the jackson area!... read more
Wonderful experience here. The nurses took good care of my family member and were very caring and courteous. From the ER to the inpatient admission everything went well. The nurses practitioners were concerned with her condition and insisted we stay overnight for more tests. I’m glad we did cause we had to be transferred to a higher level of care the next day. Can’t say enough good things about this hospital and its staff. A+ care!
Staff was very professional and polite. Care was given. I've been twice. I have nothing bad to say about my experience with Scott Regional.
