This place is a joke! The older lady checking in patients in the er is not friendly and needs another job! The only one that cares how you are treated is Nurse Jan! She is a sweetheart!
Very rude staff! I went to the ER around 9:00 and the nurse practitioner by the name of Brandon J, Craft was very rude along with the rude nurses. I don't recommend this place please go somewhere else.
Worst hospital EVER! We took my dad there on Thursday. They said he had a back strain. Two days later we took him by ambulance to St. Dominic’s. He has an obstruction in his bladder which has led to kidney failure! The doctors exact words were, “He is deathly ill.” Scott Regional did not even let me or my mom back there. He’s 84 years old. We were in and out in 30 minutes…with no instructions. I HOPE they send a bill to us! They can stick it!!
They did they job on my baby
The nurses took good care of my family member and were very caring and courteous. From the ER to the inpatient admission everything went well. The nurses practitioners were so sweet and nurse Joe . Can’t say enough good things about this hospital and its staff. A+ care! Thank yall so much. Yall was so helpful and respectful and sweet and kind to us. Thank yall A+ Hospital 100% Thanks to everyone up there all the nurse and women at the front desk and everyone was so sweet and kind. I would recommend a lot to yall.
