The lady who answered my call this morning was very rude and hung up the phone when I asked for your company's email address. She should not be in the front desk most specially if the person calling was politely asking for it.
We are a retail business and recently relocated in May of 2022 renovated a shell top to bottom.. our HVAC unit was brand new and had to be moved during renovations, all ductwork, wiring, & exhaust was also installed by the same company. The eve of opening we turned on the air conditioning and there was a downpour from our hvac unit.. this continued on & off for 7 months after numerous service visits (10) ish lost count, the company washed their hands of us.
