I recommend this doctor for getying your eyes checked! He is blunt, honest and straight to the point! His bed manners are outstanding and his staff is so welcoming! He and his staff deserve more than 5 stars 🌟
Just had a routine eye exam, and I'll put it succinctly. The assistant that had helped me was very unaware of how she came across as very rude and unprofessional. Not only that, when just trying to explain how I had felt about it, I got cut off before I could even do any kind of explaining. Plain and simple, if anyone has had any kind of trauma from their childhood or anything like that, stay far, far, far away from this optometrist and his staff.
6 month follow up for eye check. Had several tests done with everything stable. As on every visit before, staff and doctor were caring, professional and knowledgeable. Submitted by Dennis Genebach.
They were very patient with me.
Dr Barnes has explained everything that I had a question for about my thyroid eye problems and the dry eye problems and he made me understand what I can do for them and help me get the proper stuff to keep my eyes better for a longer time.
