Dr Anagnoste is kind, and very clearly explains solutions
Dr. Anagnoste is a top notch ophthalmologist and retina specialist that was highly recommended to me by my doctor in New York. I was very pleased when I came to him for treatment. I was not disappointed. His office is very professional as well. In fact the entire retina group of Florida is most excellent. I’ve been going to them for a couple of years. I highly recommend them.
Saved my eye with emergency retina surgery. Highly professional in his approach. His explanation about what would go on was in a big help in alleviating my fear of the operation.
The first appointment went well; however I called back because I was having problems with the eye drops he gave me and no one cared to return my call. As of today I have called 3 days in a row to no avail. The best thing for me is to cancel my follow up appointment and look for another retina specialist. After my call today someone by the name of Tina (technician) called back and she did not want to hear about muy complaints and disappointment she hang up the phone on me. Great customer service,
