I live in a residential neighborhood in Athens,TN and everyday a particular red truck owned by Proffitt trucking company uses Jake brakes past my home and many others. I have made multiple complaints to the owner personally without resolve. We don’t live on a grade and no reason to use the Jake brakes. I have multiple videos of Jeffs green truck with the rebel flag in the back window and red truck that deliver lime aggregate using the jake brakes.
